Beach House Penida

Loved the beach front area and how quiet/still it could get. Very tranquil. Breskfast was wonderful, and the staff were amazing. Massage in the room was great,

We booked the villa with the private pool. It was beautiful to be able to sit on the loungers or splash in the pool, level with the beach with views over to the mainland. Room was larger than expected and the bathroom was great with a decent shower and deep bathtub. Breakfast was simple but fresh and tasty. Can’t fault the place.

Nothing springs to mind

The location is superb. Our room is facing the beach and you can see Mount Agung right from the beach. Five star views! The staff is also very friendly and helpful! The location is very near to the harbour and there are plenty of eateries around.

The water seems not very clean as our shower filter turned brownish the next day.

- The location is absolutely amazing - the property is directly on the beach with an amazing view of Mount Agung volcano. Furthermore there are multiple really great restaurants within walking distance and a moped rental store and also a mini market open late, both within 3 minutes walking distance. For the location it's a 10/10. - The breakfast is limited (eggs, two small sausages, toast, one fruit option, coffee, you can make your own fresh squeezed orange juice) but pretty good. - Although a refrigerator does not come standard with the room, the manager provided one due to my partner's diabetes medication needing to be refrigerated.

- My partner and I found the bed to be quite uncomfortable. - None of the drains in the bathroom worked very well and there was very low water pressure in the shower and the sink. - There is no TV. - Wifi wasn't always reliable. - There is no refrigerator that comes standard with the room (we were provided one as my partner is diabetic and his medication needs to be refrigerated) *The room we booked was "Standard double room" - perhaps the other rooms are better quality.
