The property was exactly like the pictures. Easy access with for code and doorr camera on arrival. I was able to pay an early access fee, just by taking thru the for camera on arrival. There was some condiments left which made it easy to use the kitchen. Salt, ppr, other seasoning. And coffee.
The carpet needed cleaning. If it was clean there are stains that made it look uncleaned. Could not find TV remote to living room.

The apartment is clean and very conducive for resting and relaxation. The host was warm, accommodating and highly responsive. I will recommend this apartment for my friends whenever they are to come to Houston.
Expectations exceeded
The gate lock before the entrance door required attention, it was always hard to open.
