The Room was well presented and spacious. Everything was cleaned constantly. The chicken and Avocado Bahn Mi is worth staying here for that alone. The staff were absolutely awesome and the proprietor is a lovely woman who is exceptionally helpful.
Hot water was hit or miss. The TV had multiple remotes and didnt appear to do anything what so ever. The dead plants on the balcony could do with disappearing as the only take up space. We were remiss for not expressing our concerns.

Pool was essential for the Hoi An heat. Breakfast was affordable and fast. Room was ok.
Bathroom was very old. Ok for a guy, but I'd wouldn't want to stay as a couple in the room I had.

La piscina è davvero carina e tenuta pulita. C’è un frigo che si può utilizzare e una bella scelta per la colazione.
La camera in comune aveva la muffa sui muri. La posizione non è centrale quindi occorre camminare dai 2,5 km per arrivare in centro oppure con un mezzo. Loro affittano le bici, ma noi non siamo riusciti a trovarne due che andassero bene e non fossero pericolose (sono vecchie e sgangherate)

The room was okay, bed and room clean but the bathroom was pretty gross and mouldy looking.
Staff were sweet and attentive and gave us lots of information about trips which was nice. We recommend the cooking class.
The shower was cold and you had to pay for silly things like water and for a single tiny butter at breakfast. I just think when you are paying this much for a room and breakfast the least they can do is give you those things included.
The laundry was cheap but some of my clothes were stained which is really annoying.
