CASA CREAZZO 62 - Movistar Arena, Vive Claro

Location and kitchen

Before booking we contacted the place asking if it was ok for us to stay at the property until our flight which left at night. They said no problem. During our last day we suddenly receive a message at 17:00 saying that the wait time was over and we had to leave the property. The property was empty and we were on the living room working on our laptops, absolutely not disturbing anybody. They agree to let us stay and suddenly we had to leave. I thought this was rude and not professional. In the end they let us stay an extra hour simply because we had the airport pick up reserved for a fixed time. Also the mattress makes you sink in the middle and makes it uncomfortable.
