Loved the location.its close to the mall of Africa and it has safe parking on site. The TV was also nice and big. The wi-fi also had a strong signal.
1.The cattle was not working.
2.Cutlery insufficient
3. No lace curtains so when you open the windows you become exposed.
4. Carpet was very dirty
5.Only 2 towels were available.bare in mind we were a family of 3 Adults,2 children.
6. Main bedroom had a broken bedside lamp.
7. We found a male’s underwear in the loundry basket.
8. Our room and linen were not changed dor our 2 day stay.
9. No soap and shampoo in the bathrooms even hand soap.
It just seemed as if someone is staying there full time and only leaves when the room is booked.
