Very comfortable, clean, and affordable. Had everything we needed and even received free drinks with our stay. Loved the rooftop bar and the option for the gym even though I couldn’t make it in there.

The location was great, around 20 min by walk to Colloseum, many nice cafes around. The room was simple but clean and big. The air conditioning was working well.

Balcony is there and it’s pretty quite place for a night, supermarkets and restaurants was so near, I would recommend highly this place for couples

Location is great, only 2 metro stops from Colosseum and 4 to Termini train station. Metro stops only 10min avai. There is a lot of shops around including grocery shopping, restaurants and coffee shops. There also some Museums only 12min away. Area is really quiet and not too crowded. Property was clean and comfortable. No enough sockets and usb pots to charge all your accessories and power banks

The only pleasant and helpful member of staff was security guard at night time, who was really polite. Remaining members was quite arrogant. 2 days out of 3 during day time, we didn’t had hot water, one of those days no hot water at all, only colt water tap was active. No messages or info about maintenance provided. Room is really cold, AC unit had been temperature settings of 25° Celsius, which at night wasn’t enough to heat up room, we had to use hairdryer to worm up air temperature. Breakfast is terrible, old pastry and some vegetables, we didn’t even bothered to go there, luckily it was included in a room price. Do not pay (prebook) for breakfast and go to the corner of the street instead, for a nice fresh food.
