The location was the biggest positive for us. It was very close to Graceland, which was really convenient and perfect for what we needed. The property was clean and a decent size with plenty of space overall. Parking was also good and check-in was easy.
Although the house was clean, it felt quite dated and more basic than we expected from the photos. It could do with some modernising and better lighting as it felt quite gloomy. The bathroom was small for six people and the pillows were very flat.
We also personally felt a little uneasy in the area, although we had no actual problems during our stay. Communication was slightly confusing as we received a WhatsApp message after being told they didn’t communicate through WhatsApp. The TV remote also occasionally stopped working, meaning we had to unplug the TV.
Overall, I wouldn’t discourage others from staying, but personally we wouldn’t return as it wasn’t quite the standard we usually choose.
