Grand Sunrise Palace Hoi An- A Luxury Indochine Hotel & Spa

The staff were amazing, helpful, friendly and personal. They really went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Special shout out to Kathy, who looked after us during our stay. Kathy was fun to deal with and extremely helpful, and found me a local doctor when I got sick. We will miss her! Also thank you to Amy for your recommendations. The pools were huge and a nice temperature. The location is a bit out of the old town (around 3km) but there is a shuttle bus and grabs into town are very cheap. We liked to be able to walk into town and see different streets we wouldn’t normally walk down. Also, I thought it was a blessing to be out of the old town so we could get a break from it all. Rooms were exceptionally spacious, the bath was nice and hot, had bath salts too! 10/10

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! We had a wonderful stay at Grand Sunrise Palace Hoi An. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of choices, and the swimming pool was lovely and relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A very special thank you to Ame, who was absolutely wonderful and made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Her kindness and helpfulness really stood out. We also had a massage at the hotel spa, and it was amazing! The therapists were very professional, and the whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable. I definitely recommend trying the massage during your stay. The hotel also provides bicycles for guests. We took the bicycles and rode around the nearby rice fields, which was such a beautiful and memorable experience. 🌾🚲 The location is also very convenient — the Old Town is only around 10 minutes away by Grab.
