I would like king size bed but there no king size bed

Helpdesk staff quite active. Room was clean.
Room was clean but it had mosquitos which was the main problem. Couldn't sleep because of that.
Shower and water taps in the bathroom were very tight. Hot water wasn't available.
Room was listed as AC but i was given a non AC room. Fan was working well but a bit noisy.
Electricity was cutoff at 9:58 AM.
Room service didn't show up when the bell was pressed. I needed some drinking water but no one showed up. Would recommend giving each customer a bottle of water during checkin itself.
