Amazing property. We had a great trip to BHI to Celebrate the holiday.

We absolutely loved this home! 8 adults and there was plenty of room for all of us! The marsh views are magnificent from every room in the home. We used the chefs kitchen each night and appreciated how well equipped it was! We can’t wait to come back next year!!

Amazing architectural house with excellent amenities and every gadget you can imagine both inside (blender, food processor, robot vac, Dyson, etc.) and out (kites, boogy boards, bikes, beach chairs, Shiboomi, outdoor fridge, etc.)! Views over the marsh are unparalleled and the wildlife viewing is superb!! The only drawback is the complete lack of closets and hanging space. All closets except one are locked and there is nowhere to hang clothes (plus, only a handful of wire hangers). One would expect that a house of this calibre would offer its guests a place to hang clothes other than a hook on the back of a door. Overall this in an amazing home and we had the best time. We hope to be back again next year!!

Mystical Marsh is absolutely stunning! Our 2nd time to this home. We will be back if the owners are willing to share again next year!! Middle Island is an Oasis and the beach assess the very best!! Thank you!!!

We loved our stay at Mystic Marsh. We loved Middle Island. The home was perfect for us, well furnished and stocked with the essentials. Lots of spices and even an herb garden to cook with. The bikes were a plus and well used. Lots of beach toys, boogie boards, etc. The view from the back deck is the best!! NO complaints and will likely come back. Here is some (small stuff) feedback that you may want to address: Would have liked a few more beach chairs. The two chairs on the front porch are rusted out and the blue one is broken. The kitchen sink faucet was a little funky to use and has a slow leak under the cabinet. Screen in screen door to rear deck needs attention. Gas grill needs upgrading, no grill brush and tank in garage is empty. (We had a flat tire while out in one of the carts and the WWP team response was outstanding. We were up and running in 20 minutes.) All in all, our WWP Experience and our Bald Head Island trip were excellent. Five stars all the way. Tom Utsey

The home is lovely and comfortable. We invited first-timer-BHI guests and they also enjoyed immensely! I would share that the downstairs master bed mattress needs consideration as it a bit ridged in the center and uneven sleeping. Otherwise, the home is amazing and we would love visiting again.
