We were very pleased with the house with exception of the bed and couches they were very uncomfortable and I wish we would have known that everything in Colonial Beach was closed from Sunday-Wednesday. We stayed Monday to Thursday and really could have used that information as we would have moved our booking for the end of the week.

The only thing better than this property was the host! I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, conveniently located house that is fully equipped with everything you could need for a home away from home. The host was very accommodating and communicative making the stay very stress free.

Great stay at a clean, well-kept house just a short walk from the beach. Comfortable, convenient, and exactly what we were looking for.

This property is absolutely adorable. The only issue is the beds are not the most comfortable. Also while we were there, they decided they wanted to repave the road out front so needless to say it was rather noisy the last two nights there. They paved all night long.
