We enjoyed our stay in L101 very much. It was very comfortable, had everything we needed and easy to access all areas of interest. We had a noise issue with a neighbor but the management after hours team was fantastic and incredibly responsive!

Reviewer Comments:
We had a wonderful time at this clean, well-stocked condo that was in a great location. Just as described, the location was a short walk to the river and a 20 minute walk to the popular Comal River Tube Chute.

I have stayed at many rentals and booked this one last minute as we wanted to extend our vacation. The booking process was fine and the check-in was easy. The unit had some issues.. flickering lights in the guest bedroom and bathroom, doors off track in guest bedroom, broken light outside, and tv in guest bedroom not working. I did report these to the management company and they did send out maintenance personnel. They were responsive and quick. I would, however, chose a different condo for future stays. The unit needs some TLC.
