Arts Hotel Porto, Tapestry Collection By Hilton

Stayed at the Arts Hotel on two separate occasions over a two week period with the location proving ideal for our requirements. On both occasions we received a friendly welcome from the front office team with effective, efficient and smooth check-ins, nothing was to much bother for them and they dealt with any issues or enquiries we had speedily and effectively. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable, especially after spending 12 days walking the Camino Portuguese, this was the only hotel during our two weeks in Portugal and Spain that had coffee/tea facilities in the room, something we welcome. We would definitely stay at the Arts Hotel on any future visit to Porto and have recommended to our family and friends.

The hotel is very cute everything you would think about tea hotel should be. The staff were very helpful during my check-in and check out. I arrived a little early and they were able to hold my luggage until my room was available. When I returned to my room, my luggage was already in it. The room was surprisingly roomie for a European hotel. The AC was amazing in the room and in the hotel during the summer. The complementary breakfast is also very delicious. And when you walk out of the hotel, it may look like you’re not very close to anything, but you very much are. Just a few blocks away you can get to the river, the market and the famous Metro station with tiles.

This hotel has a great breakfast.

Lovely boutique hotel . Had a balcony room which overlooked courtyard and across to pool , very nice . Breakfast was adequate, but not extensive. Reception staff were amazing, happy & always helpful. Great location to all sights & lots restaurants ; and with supermarket a 1 min walk . Would stay again.
