The room was very clean, water and sodas provided! Also, shampoo, hair dryer, clothes steamer. Very convenient to the airport. It felt secure, free parking, close to shops and restaurants.

This property was close to the airport but no one in a reception area to check in or out or to help. We never could get the TV to work & you had to pay for Netflix. We weren't sure how safe it was at 4am waiting for Uber. However it was a clean but small room.

It was perfect

This property was excellant! Its close (within walking distance) to the beach, shopping and plenty of restaurant/bar choices! They make it easy to check yourself in and out but if you do have any issues they are just a message away and are quick to respond! The room was exceptionally clean and up to date, it looked beautiful when we arrived! One negative thing was there is a sign saying to leave thermostat at 70°, which for us, made it super hard to sleep. I wouldve liked to have been able to make the room cooler as I dont sleep well when im hot and 70° was pretty warm in that small space. We also got woke up several times because of people slamming the main door in front, which was aggravating at 3am. One last thing is we were there for 5 days and they didnt come and give us fresh towels or check to see if we needed anything. Other than that, as those arent HUGE problems, this property was perfect! I would definitely recommend Rosalina to anyone going to stay in Puerto Rico!

Looks like brand new, nice small place to stay overnight between flights or short visits

This is a really little room but it was nice and clean. Very quiet and not noise at all during our three nights stay. Neighborhood is not the best but it is very close to Isla Verde area. The only downside is the mattress- not comfortable at all for my taste - too soft. The customer service was great- responding really quickly and helped. Checking was quick and easy to follow instructions. WIFI didn’t work but other than that it was a good stay for a short visit.

I was very happy with the property that I stated that everything was very clean. They have everything very organized the room that I stayed in and it was like fresh paint. Everything was nice and neat. I was very surprised the property is very clean inside and outside the only reason why I did not check the safe box is because the streets where the properties are no lights on the street so if you’re traveling alone and walking to the shore where the beach is because it’s like two minutes away. The streets are really dark. I believe the property needs brighter light and it will be OK. Yes is safe but you are scare to walk a 2 minute walk because is super dark.

Easy to find and the place is Spotless very clean

The space was very clean and the staff was superbly responsive! Uber drivers kept telling us the neighboring area was unsafe though.

I liked the price, the ubication, the clean of the room, parking, the easy check in and check out, the room. To consider that the daily room cleaning is not included. Several restaurants and the beach is 3 minutes walking. On the way to that street there are a few low maintenance constructions and a sewage issue on the street I have to jump it to skip the problem. Place was safe for me. I spent 3 nights.

It wasnt what it said online. They definitely false advertised. Their was no pool on location and the surrounding neighborhood was kind of questionable. It was dark down the street with barely any lighting.

I really liked the place , very clean and it has nice decor. I also liked the fact that there was water and soda in the fridge. We also loved the tv and free Netflix. The place was also a perfect size for a couple! The ac was also amazing and so was the shower. Overall I would definitely recommend it !

I had a late arrival. It sure was nice to simply get the keys and walk in to an immaculate clean room. Highly recommend it.

Loved everything about this property. Only downfall was the pool was 30 minutes away so we never used it during our stay.

So the pool was not on the property but 20 minutes away. Other than that beautiful and friendly staff!

It's too small and when other apt doors open and close it is very noisy. You can hear all your neighbors.

Loved my vacation and my stay in isla verde

This was a nice place. All instructions came in a timely manner, close to things we needed (food, coffee, Walgreens, beach). Only complaints was some group gathered in the courtyard around one am and woke us up with their loud talking and laughing, which is strictly I’ll advised by the facility.

There were not water pressure and I took a shower like that, and they send me the password after the c/o, but after that everything ok near the airport and you check in at anytime after 4 pm, very convenient.

I booked this property a month ago before my trip (05/05 to 05/08) with a friend. I received a email from expedia saying that 2 hours before my trip I would receive an email with instructions where to find the keys and the Wi-Fi Password. I landed at Puerto Rico at 6pm and the check in was at 4. I open my email to find the instructions but there's no email. I google the expedia costumer service number and the number I found wasn't working. My friend and I stayed outside for 4 hours in dangerous trying to reach expedia we were so scared because we have our belongings and everything exposed, and My phone was about to die and my friend's phone too. Finally, I found "chat with agent" and they put me in contact with the property manager and she gave me the instructions they supposed to send early in the afternoon so we could get in. The place is not safe i didn't like it and I would not recommend.
