Our host, Luca, along with his lovely ”Experience team” (for activities and recommendations) were absolutely amazing! The internet went down one day, Luca called the provider and it was up and running again within the hour! The internet/wifi was really good. We booked a lovely boattrip (gozzo) through the experience team, and their follow-up and subsequent extra (free) boat trip because of a misunderstanding left us in awe! The misunderstanding was not even with them, but with the captain of the gozzo - but still they gave us another trip free of charge, which they really did not have to! The apartment was lovely! Maybe not suitable for elderly or small children (no railing on the stairs leading to the toilet). There was a washing machine AND tumbledryer which was really nice! The beds were really comfortable with memoryfoam pillows. There was aircon, a ceiling fan and there were two extra floorstanding, moveable fans as well as a de-humidifier. (The flat would have been a bit damp without it.) Be aware that the flat is in the old Town, on a hill and there is a lot of walking up hill.

I loved everything. But could have needed a potato peeler. ;-) No big deal at all.

The apartment was very spaceous and lovely inside. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it was very comfortable Everything that was needed, from laundry to kitchen to comfortable beds were there. The apartment was wonderfully air conditioned. and also had fans available.

Our only concern was the entire apartment was made of stone and had steps either up or down to get into each room. There was also no railing on the steps leading to the main bathroom. which was a bit concerning when you got up in the middle of the night.

Frühstück haben wir selbst zubereiten weil wir ne Wohnung hatten. Die Lage ganz oben war toll. Viele Ventilatoren und Klima. Waschmaschiene und Trockner. Luca war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Strand mit Bus gut erreichbar. Strand Giunco war top. der Hausstrand von Cagliari auch sehr nett.

Das Appartment ist zu dunkel und riecht ein wenig stickich. Viele hohe Stufen zum Bad und oberem Schlafzimmer. Die Ausstattung in Küche könnte etwas großzügiger sein. Wir waren nur zu zweit da gings.

Appartamento in felicissima posizione per la visita della città senza mezzi propri di trasporto. Totalmente rispondente alle foto pubblicate, arredato con gusto e con soluzioni anche deliziose. Pulitissimo e fornito degli accessori necessari. Host sempre disponibile e che fornisce ogni info necessaria ad un facile soggiorno.

Quasi privo di luce naturale a causa dell'ubicazione in vicolo stretto e al piano strada, fattore che predispone allo sgradevole sentore di umidità che si percepisce appena entrati. Ma sono problematiche irrisolvibili per la natura stessa dell'ubicazione.
