Location on the beach was wonderful.
The washing machine beeped loudly off and on, including 2am and 5am. The same thing happened 2 years ago when we stayed and at that time we messaged the host about it and someone did come out, but it wasn't fixed, and we didn't want someone in the house during our stay this time so we dealt with it but it was distracting and woke us up in the night.

It was the perfect little cottage to relax for the weekend! It was a short drive to the grocery store & the next town over had little shopping areas which we loved! We had the fireplace lit inside in the evening with the sliding back door opened, listening to the waves and it was pure bliss. Sitting out on the back patio, looking at the lake in the morning was the best way to wake up. The cottage was so clean and cozy and cute. Kitchen stocked, towels and everything in the bathroom. My cousin and I are thinking of making it our yearly “mom’s reset weekend” destination!
The ONLY thing I didn’t like was that there wasn’t an outside light out back on our cottage.
