Great, central-ish location; well enough equipped for a few days stay and had enough essentials to be able to cook/warm up the food in the apartment; very precise and easy to follow instructions on how to locate the apartment and collect the keys as well as check out instructions; very good communication with the host and very prompt action to rectify any issues. We very much appreciated the fact that there was a wasching maschine and a dishwasher in the appartment!
A little more attention to detail is needed when cleaning. Check out at 10:00 is a little harsh, in particular since there is nowhere to store luggage if your onward journey is a little later. It is nice to have an option for a later check out at additional fee but we still found 10:00 rather early.

La zona era centralissima e la casa grande e pulita
La lavastoviglie non funzionava molto bene e neanche l’asciugacapelli che si spegneva ogni due cose se si surriscaldasse troppo

Location, self check-in, good bathroom
The floor was very dirty and sticky, like it wasn’t cleaned by water for a long time.
It was very dirty under the carpet near the sofa, there were pieces of food there.
The TV didn’t work, mostly no signal and it asked for the code.
