Tim is an awesome host

Place was recently renovated and spotless. Staff was super nice.
Every evening there was a cabaret singer in the lobby which was lovely.
Room was quite small. I would stay again but splurge for a larger room.

Tim went above and beyond and out of his way to make my stay wonderful and comfortable. He even helped me extend my trip by a few days because I was enjoying it so much. He was easy to get in touch with, responsive, and was a warm presence around the hotel making everyone feel part of the family.

The location and the room
The ‘up all night’ NOISE ! There was a pianist / ‘singer’ cat-er-walling and screeching in the lobby ‘late into the night’. I went to bed (WITH EAR PLUGS) AT 12:00 and had great difficulty getting to / staying (in) sleep. It was still going at 1:00 ish. Apparently this is a ‘well known’ practice (unfortunately unbeknownst to me). It’s the single reason I will NEVER stay there again !
