Convenient location, cupboard space, useful appliances and kitchen supplies. Security, parking, and amenities provided good value for what we paid.
We booked here because the bed was listed as king-size, but it was queen-size. It is placed next to a wall with no space for nightstands for water, night medicines, devices or lamps. There is a solid room divider with slats a few cm from the foot of the bed so my partner had to climb over my legs to get off the bed during the night. I would not recommend this for a couple.

Check in was seemless. Expectations were met on first appearance.
The layout of the bathroom wasn't very user friendly and the lack of bath mat meant the bathroom stayed wet after a shower.

I really like how comfortable the place was and how close it is to shopping centre and the Virgin active gym. Everything is a walking distance. The place had a lovely view
I wish they could provide a bit more utensils and small amount of washing powder or dish washing soup to clean. Instead of buying a whole large quantity at the shops for just a week. Please can they also upgrade the utensils(like forks, spoons) they were a bit old. Please also add a dish washing rack to dry the dishes when cleaning.

The fotos does not justify how small it is, no balcony seating no small dining area, I believe the pictures should be retaken to not oversell what you get, I was very disappointed
Decor is fine, finishing is fine, size not at all as advertised

"The location is great for business travel and the place was immaculately clean. Having the coffee shop downstairs is a win. All staff were very friendly and helpful."
