L’hôtel est vraiment bien situé en bord de plage , c’est très calme la piscine est agréable aussi et le petit déjeuner buffet était très bon

la chambre n’était pas en très bon état général (murs , salle de bain ) le wifi ne fonctionnait pas dans les chambres seulement dans les parties communes

Nous n’avons pas aimé la saleté l’hygiène déplorable le matin les restes des repas de la veille traînaient partout mauvaise odeur petit déjeuner pas appétissant toujours un manque d’hygiène les tables du petit déjeuner pas essuyées nous avons cherché un autre hôtel à côté qui pour le même prix était parfait

Location we thought was perfect, much preferred the quietness of this beach, compared with others. Room was nice and breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly. They also gave fresh pool towels every day which was nice.

There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, we only noticed this once we had unpacked so didn’t ask to be moved. The pool area/ buildings could do with a touch up as they are looking a bit run down. There were many missing or loose tiles in the pool.

Absolutely amazing value for money. Rooms had all needed facilities, plus the pool and there beach were right there. Restaurant was nice and convenient and hotel staff helped us arrange a trip to see the bioluminescent plankton which was really cool. Would come back to Cambodia just to go to Koh Rong again - the beach was unbelievable.

Nothing really. Rooms were a bit outdated with some older furniture but nothing that impacted our stay at all.

Really lovely staff and comfortable rooms in an incredible location. AC was strong, bed comfy and rooms were nice and clean. The room and bathroom was also really big, didn’t feel like I was in a little hotel, more like a small apartment Location of the villas is second to none, complete beach front and the last property for a little while so there’s loads of empty beach for you to enjoy. Very short walk up to the shops along the beach, and really close to the very so you don’t have to go far with luggage. The Villa is in the best part of the island in my opinion, I explored the rest of the island on a scooter and still think this was the nicest spot with access to bars and restaurants, and the most beautiful beach with other lovely resorts along it to visit. Staff were unbelievably helpful, especially as I was travelling alone and didn’t know much about the island. They organised a private boat for me to go on a snorkelling tour and gave recommendations for other things to do during my stay. Special mention to the team on reception who greeted me with a huge smile and a chat every time I came and went, it really felt like home with their kindness. I’m sorry not to have gotten his name but there was a lovely guy on reception who is from pp but lives in Sydney at the moment who was really lovely and made me feel very welcome and gave me good tips of what to do during my stay.

Everything was really great. One suggestion would be to have a booklet in the rooms with ideas of things to do and places to eat while on the island. Reception were helpful but it would’ve been great to have a little guide book to read over, I spent a lot of time googling

Great bungalows along Long Set Beach, the pool area and restaurant are nice and relaxing.

The walls were quite dirty and stained in a lot of places. There was a used tissue on the second shelf of the wardrobe and we also found a hair clip in the bed.

The location was perfect. White sands and clear water. Breakfast was ok but the same every day. Not a problem as we were only there a few days. The food on the menu was very good. Staff were always friendly and helpful.

There were no evening entertainments whilst we were there. The rental for the jet ski was $100 which seemed a bit steep.

- food wasn’t great in general but breakfast was nice. - gym very bad just couple of old running machines which beep because they need oil, some dumbbells, a fan and no air con. - need new sun loungers they were all very old and almost dirty, only 2 by the pool as well - on one day they didn’t have any towels - no TV - terrible Wi-Fi in rooms

staff were lovely. clean beach, clean pool brekky was good. room was what you expect.

Staff were all so lovely and very helpful during our stay. Step out of the hotel to the beach. Great buffet breakfast every morning. Lovely pool area. There closest minimart is about a 10 minute walk away.

In hindsight we should have booked the bungalow as opposed to the Villa. We were right above the kitchen so the smell of food was constant and the building for the Villas wasn’t the most welcoming but beside this the rest of the resort was great.

Located on a beautiful beach, really peaceful. There is a bar which also serves food. Really good sized pool, bedrooms are a good size also. Staff are friendly.

The bedrooms and breakfast building needs some TLC. Furniture in the bedrooms either needs to be replaced or re painted as looks tired. The building where the breakfast is served brings the place down, although on my last day they moved it to nearer to the bar area which was a lot better. Breakfast options also are quite limited. Not a huge amount to do here, but then if you just want to chill then it’s perfect.

The wall in bathroom should be repainted because it looks really old and not good looking. And some amenities should be replaced as well.

Bit dirty in some places around the resort but rooms are fairly clean. restaurant is fairly expensive compared to the other places in the area
