Amazing location, super well connected to go everywhere and my favorite disctric - Lapa. If you don't care about being outside the city center and interested in Sintra/Caparica/Cascais etc. The welcome food and breakfast was offered so it was nice.

Style over comfort. The cube inside the room is pretty dark, offering small and uncomfortable services. Not functional, just fancy. Cleanliness can be improved. The staff is absent, not responsive and slow. The design is really awkward, but all new.

Very quiet. We had a great night's sleep on a comfy bed. Despite the ridiculously small bathroom (see other section), the rest of the apartment was comfortable and the location was wonderful -- CUF Tejo hospital was right across the street and that's what I came to Lisbon for. Despite the bathroom, I would stay here again.

Our only complaint was the size of the bathroom -- ridiculously small. The sink was separate, which is okay but there was barely room to set your toothbrush on the side. Nowhere to hang a hand towel. Nowhere to put my kit bag, which is not large. We ended up using the kitchen sink since there was lots of space there. The toilet and shower room was even worse for space. We are not particularly large people and it was very cramped; large people would have trouble even getting through the doorway, since one of the two doors stuck on the floor and you couldn't open it fully.

The breakfast was nice and soft for the morning, for the location it was really nice and it has an easy access of connecting you to everywhere you want to go because theres even a train stop in front of the apartment which makes it easier for you. Another thing about the apartment is that there are places around the location where you can easily buy what ever you need with no stress. When next I visit, I will choose same apartment.

- the check-in process was stressful, flying out to country when they still haven't sent your check-in codes is a nerve racking experience not knowing you've definitely got somewhere to stay - the massive cockroach climbing the sink. I named him Sebastian. Thankfully only saw him once. - The treasure hunt for the WiFi password. "Its behind the door/near the tv/on the acrylic sign" None of these are true. Luckily I figured it out on my final evening thanks to a friend in another apartment. I've now written it on the acrylic sign so others don't have to try to seek it out. - Booking.com lack of help chasing down the check-in codes. I got an unhelpful email after 3 days saying they'd not heard from the owners (who thankfully supplied the codes when I'd landed)
