Alles war Gut, der Concierge war der Hammer, Frau Asia sehr sehr Freundlich, Hilfsbereit und immer verfügbar.
Das die Auslobung der Garage neben der Unterkunft gemacht wurde, die Garage war 200-300 meter entfernt. Zu Fuss bei der Hitze eine Zumutung.

Great location - easy walk to and from station … good walk in and out of town.
Communication and professionalism of Asia made our stay very comfortable.
Maybe leave some information about turning on the gas in order to use the stove. Need for a drying rack for clothes that cannot be put in dryer…

Ótima localização, boa instalações, muito bem.equipado, limpo e confortável.
De ter sido avisada no.momento da reserva que teria que pagar uma caução no início da estadia.
E o reembolso foi demorado.

Good location & clean. Andrelina was quick in answering our queries and Kimberly was very helpful in taking my husband who has mobility problem & our lugguage to the train station after checking us out.
Property charged €200 for a refundable deposit in case of damages but this was not clear when we booked. It did not provide any basic stuff like enough toilet rolls for our 3-night stay for 4 people. We had to buy dishwasher washer tablets & laundry tablets, kitchen towels, cooking oil, salt, tea bags etc. We stayed in Lake Como, Bergamo, Verona & Venice for 3 nights each. All the apartments in these cities provide us with basic stuff. There is no air condition in the bedrooms. In order to keep us cool we had to sleep with our bedroom doors open so we had no privacy.
