We looked at several places and decided this location for several reasons. First location, near to everything. Second the fenced back yard. It was a treat for our fur babies to just run around out side with out a leash. Home was older had the Florida charm, very clean inside. Our Host was wonderful to work with.

The quality of the furnishings and decor was dissappointing, and the backyard did not match the picture on VRBO at all. The floors, kitchen and landscaping need improvements. However, I truly did enjoy my stay, the location was perfect.

Convenient to everything! Beaches attractions Sarasota downtown. Great to be able to have the dogs with us and a fenced in yard. The fencing was in disrepair with gaps. The picture on the site truly misrepresented the yard and the house. TLC and updates are badly needed. The cabinet doors did not close properly. The flooring needed to be replaced. It was patched. We would not stay here again.

Loved our time here! Was a great little place to stay for the Valentine’s weekend…would definitely stay again, absolutely recommend it!

This rental was perfect for is. It was clean, had everything we needed, and was central to everything we were doing. We were also able to bring our dog, which was great. We would stay here again.

This property provided everything we needed for a short visit to Sarasota. Property was clean and well kept with plenty of towels and bed linens for our family of four. Kitchen was sparsely stocked with enough dishes/cookware/etc to make breakfast everyday. Laundry was a nice amenity but we were not there long enough to use it personally. A/C, kitchen appliances and roku tv all worked well without issues. We enjoyed having our own quiet little place to retreat to every day! Property was as expected from the description and check in with the code for the door was a breeze.

It was the backyard at this property that sold me and I was very disappointed when I saw it in person. The chairs were not able to be sat in as they were and I spent probably an hour cleaning them. The same thing goes for the glass top table and chairs in the backyard as well. Most of the light bulbs in the cute patio lights you see in the picture are burnt out, not working. It was advertised with a laundry including detergent, there was no detergent and yet they still wanted a load of laundry started. Rubs for dirty, the rug by the back door was pretty much in shreds, should be replaced but was not. It was okay and I had a great time with family but I would not rent again. Sorry to be such a Debbie Downer but these short-term rentals are quite costly and I think one should enjoy their stay for the amount of money they put out.

It’s always great to find a place that will accept you to bring your fur babies. They loved the fenced backyard. Place was quiet and very clean.

My friends and I stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed it. It is located right in between Siesta Key and Sarasota, which were the two areas we wanted to explore! It took us a minute on how to use the lock system, but we contacted the host and they quickly responded and helped us out. If I come back to this area, I will definitely stay here again!

The home was is comfortable and gives you everything you need for a stay and it is very family friendly.

We were extremely pleased with our stay at Villa Franca. Although we had some issues with the keypad, the check-in was painless. The house/duplex itself was immaculate, and welcoming which was great as our drive to Florida took longer than expected due to traffic, and we were bone-tired. Linens and towels were plenty, but in-house W/D made it unnecessary. I highly recommend staying here, and we will probably pay a repeat visit over the labor day weekend.

We booked last minute and the owner was very informative and professional. He was very easy to work with and answered any of our questions in a timely manner. The duplex was very nice and clean. It has everything that you could possibly need. My boys loved the backyard as they were able to make a fire and make s'mores. There is also a charcoal grill that we used to cook on during our stay. The area is very quiet and just a few minutes drive to the beach. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here and we are already planning on coming back!
