We had a great getaway. The one level living was perfect for our group with a beautiful view. The house is cozy and has everything you need.

Charming 3-bedroom house near Sunapee and Ragged Mtns. Well-equipped kitchen, wonderful views, very comfortable stay. Owner was very kind and communicative. We would definitely return. The 101 would be even better with snow, so we’ll have to come back!

We stayed at this property for our annual fishing trip with a group of around 8 guys and had an amazing time. We have been coming up to NH on Columbus Day Weekend for over 20 years now, and everyone on the trip this year said that this was their favorite property we have ever stayed at. The scenery is beautiful and there is a ton to do right on the 100 acre farm. We brought up 2 quads and 2 dirt bikes. The owner met with us upon arrival to show us around the property and introduce us to the trail system he has created. Alessandro,the host, takes great pride in his land and works hard to maintain and up keep. He has created several miles of cleared trails throughout the property. He has done a nice job to keep them cleared/mowed as well has marked with orange stakes. The house is beautiful and shows just like the pictures represent. The master bedroom/bath is on the left side of the house while the other 2 bedrooms are on the right side with the kitchen/living room in the middle. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you would need. The billiards table was an awesome bonus as we got a good amount of use out of it at night or on a rainy day. The half mile woods trail was probably our favorite path. The property is within walking distance of a golf course and has fishing near by as well. This listing is a great value and is hard to beat! Book now before the secret gets out!

When booking a vacation and wanting to have a true family togetherness experience, with all the privacy you could wish for, and views to just completely ease your mind, body and soul, then The 101 is a place like no other! Beginning with the clear, friendly and expert communication from Alessandro, of everything that we needed to know about our stay, amenities offered and ease of process. The house is absolutely beautiful, with a totally open concept, perfect for family time and togetherness! Open kitchen for family style meals, pool table and extremely comfortable lounge living area with wood burning fireplace and views across the mountains right from the back windows, you will enjoy the ambiance in any season. The surrounding land is like your own playground of anything you wish to do (with respect to the property of course) . From trail riding (mtb, atv, sxs) to walks in the woods, the outdoors definitely has it all. Along with the “Paaaty Baaahn” for indoor bocce, big screen tv and just hangin out doin garage stuff. With the proximity to all the Sunapee region has to offer and Alessandro’s continued vision for the property, The 101 should be on everyone’s list for places to say in the Sunapee area! We will MOST DEFINITELY be back!!!

We've had a stressful few months and just needed to escape for a few days. Escape 101 was the ideal spot. We hiked miles of trails through the woods, spent time lounging by the lake with a book, and enjoyed gorgeous views from the lanai. Alessandro was the perfect host. He pointed out where the trailheads were and was always available if we needed anything. He never intruded though and let us enjoy the peace and quiet of the property. We left feeling relaxed and refreshed and will definitely come back. We'd love to come again with our kids and their spouses for a week or two. There's so much more to explore and activities on the property and around the area for everyone to enjoy.

This is was perfect spot to unwind after a hectic back to school week. The house is super comfortable with beautiful views and a great layout. Perfect for our family (3 tween/teen kids) plus a friends’ family. The resident ducks are adorable and traipse around a beautiful (looks new?) lake that completes the gorgeous Mountain views from the house. So much to do from biking and hiking to rafting if weather permits & even in bad weather lots of fun playing pool & hanging out in the cozy great room. Thinking this will be a great house to return to for ski season with lots of hills nearby and great space for a few families.
