I like the comfort of the bed and the shower with heater. The shower water flow is good. It has free 2 water bottles and kettle. It has a whole body mirror.
It’s still more than 1km walk to BGC, no slippers and hair dryer. You need to request for hair dryer subject to availability.

I like the location of the Mystay Hotel BGC South it is near some of the fast food restaurants that are accessible from the hotel. And also the facilities of the room where I stayed. The bathroom is very well maintained and the staff are very helpful and friendly.
There is no room service available at the hotel. The guests will have to go down the reception to ask for their request for bath towels or clean the room if the guest will be staying for a few more days.

Hotel is nice
The toilet in our room was leaking so there was a terrible smell of feces and the staff refused to change the room, also our key was block a 4h before check out time so after shopping we couldn't pass room to pick up our stuff without problem. Not on reception very arrogant and without any manners at all . In general hotel it's really okay but that time we was really not lucky !

Near to wet market, and fast food. There are also small groceries and eatery nearby..
The room didn’t have any sanitary kit like toothbrush and toothpaste.
