Zimmer im dritten Stock etwas hellhörig, war aber insgesamt kein Problem, da die Zimmernachbarn nicht laut waren.

We found this hotel via AI search (Claude). We wanted to find a peaceful and beautiful roadtrip destination. One of the recommendation from the AI is to visit Traben - Trarbach. This was a perfect place as we were looking for somewhere along the Moselle valley. The hotel is chic, modern, yet beautiful and full of positive character. The employees provided amazing services from check in to check out. We arrived on a Monday and they are kindly informed us that many of the restaurants were closed on Monday and we didn't make any reservation to dine with them However they provided us with recommendations surrounding the hotel. This is much appreciated. I love our balcony room overlooking the Mossel River. The bed in this hotel gave me one of the deepest and best sleep and I am not a deep sleeper. This says a lot about the comfort and quiteness of the hotel. Finally the breakfast was delicious with variety of options to choose. I would definitely recommend and come back to this hotel.

Parking is ample and enough. I believe this can be improved by adding some EV charging spots.

Bei „Boutique-Hotel“ und der Preislage würde ich eine etwas hochwertigere Einrichtung der Zimmer und Bäder erwarten. Neben den offiziellen Räumen fällt das Niveau hier merklich ab.

Die Lage der Unterkunft und das Frühstück waren sehr gut.

Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer könnte noch gesteigert werden. Das Verhalten vom Personal war manchmal nicht passend und etwas zu aufdringlich. Angebot der Speisen sehr begrenzt, zu teuer und zu exklusiv für so eine Unterkunft.
