Polite, friendly, professional staff at reception. Was given an early check-in which was very much appreciated. Layout of one bedroom apartment was good. Fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer added to the appeal of the hotel. Security top notch making solo traveller feel comfortable with accessing accommodation at different times throughout the day. Very quiet area not to far out from main city hub. Supermarket walking distance which was fantastic.
Bedroom needs lamps beside bed and better block out curtains as transport yard below had bright lights on all night. Not the best view from windows, scrap yard and a transport business.

The noise ….. each bedroom had ear plugs… this was not
made clear when I booked… very noisy bathroom extractor fan… if I had known I would not have booked the place…. Never again… guests should be told all the facts…
