Hanami Design Hotel

We had a really lovely stay at Hanami. The hotel has a beautiful Japanese-inspired design, with lots of natural wood and lovely wooden details throughout, giving it a very warm and cosy feel. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very nicely decorated. The location is excellent, right in the centre and within easy walking distance of many cafés and restaurants. With public transport in Belgrade being free, it was also very easy to get around the city. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was genuinely friendly and helpful. A special mention to the front desk manager, who was extremely kind and attentive throughout our stay, and to the young man at reception who welcomed us when we arrived early in the morning: he was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good too, with plenty of choice and freshly prepared food. Belgrade was a real surprise for us — a fascinating city and, in many ways, a hidden gem. It’s a great destination for a short break, and Hanami was a wonderful place to stay while discovering the city.

The only thing we didn’t like? Having to leave — we would have loved to stay longer!

We had a wonderful stay at Hanami Design Hotel! The service was truly top-notch -we received such a warm and kind welcome, and the staff really went above and beyond to take care of every little detail. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was very well soundproofed, so nothing disturbed our sleep: always a huge plus when staying in a hotel! The sauna and steam room require a reservation, but we had no problem finding an available time slot. Overall, a lovely experience and we would happily come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hanami Design Hotel in Belgrade. The hotel was clean, comfortable and perfectly located right in the heart of the city, making it very convenient for exploring Belgrade. We had a lovely and relaxed stay, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. A special mention to the concierge, who was incredibly helpful with arranging taxis and conveniently booking restaurant and lounge reservations for us. His assistance made our stay much easier and more enjoyable.

So, I choose this hotel specifically because there was a sauna, however, they wanted to charge 20 per day extra for use, which I thought should have been disclosed. Also my room was very damp and moldy.
