Back deck
The house was dirty, yard completely unkept. The ad says secure yard but it is not. Bins not emptied and we arrived 1 day after bin collection. Oven dial doesn’t work. Fans are filthy, NO AIR CON in bedrooms! Wifi didnt work so smart tvs didnt work. The area is not great and not a beach shack as it’s not near the beach. Messy Neighbours and cars parked everywhere. Limited utensils.
We contacted the managing agent in regards to issues and they said they would get back to us but did not.

Location was good. Love that the beach was just a walk away. Also a 10 min walk to shops
The beds were very uncomfortable. It wasn't as clean as we would of liked.The bbq was dirty some things were just not wiped down. The fridge had a smell to it. We had one tea towel the whole time we were there. (2 weeks) We had no dish cloths to use. The one that was there was used and wet when we got there.
