Nos movimos a este lugar luego de ir a un airbnb que no cumplió las expectativas en cuanto a accesibilidad y comodidad. Este sitio fue perfecto; estaba limpio, amplio, cómodo y seguro. Nos hospedamos en una villa de 3 recámaras y 3 baños. Cocina amplia con lo necesario para preparar los alimentos. Agua caliente, aires acondicionados, camas y almohadas muy cómodas. Nos encantó.

The location is perfect with a great view at the lobby/restaurant.

The house smell unpleasant with mild food/cleanser/old. No A/C in the living room and the ceiling fans make noise.

The staff were friendly and the grounds were well maintained.

Lack of food variation. Took a long time to get food. Stove did not work.

Cleanliness of the room

When we arrived to the hotel, they told us that there was a balance due which we paid in cash, and stupid us didn't get a receipt. Came home to find they also charged our credit card. When trying to contact them they never responded. Make sure to always get a receipt.

Located at a nice Canyon

Basic interior, not very cosy. No towel in the kitchen. But there is everything there you need for basic cooking. Hat to pull all plugs in the bedroom. There were so many lights on devices it was too bright to be able to sleep. Some service guy dropped in our bedroom without even knocking from the outside door. Breakfast was poor. Slow service and delivery of food. Finding salt for the eggs took 5 minutes.
