Good location and facilities ticked all the boxes for a family. If you like a clean unit, I’m sure you’ll find something else available in the area.

There was a very obvious clump of something under the coffee table which I had to report, this was cleaned up in around da hour. At the same time I advised the kitchen light wasn’t working but they never replaced, cooked using the family kitchen mostly due to family also being onsite with us. Showed photos of both to the staff, but only one job completed. There was also what looked like blood stains on the walls and on some of the carpet in the main bedroom, only noticed this after reporting the other incidents. I didn’t bother reporting that one as they didn’t come around to ever clean our apartment anyway or try to fix the kitchen lighting, tried to clean myself but not the greatest effort applied, still there but less noticeable for me.
