the breakfast was very tasty. We enjoyed having some scrambled eggs along with the traditional Italian breakfast. The hotel was very nice. comfortable staff were so very nice. If I ever get back to that area again I would stay there. The wine tasting was exceptional. My son is not a wine drinker but after that he found an appreciation to wine. We asked for a driver to take us back and forth to San Gimignano and that was perfect. He was there right on time for pick up.

Room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was also tasty and had lots of variety. Folks working at the winery were kind and professional.
Reception signed us up for two wine tastings with the same sommelier on the same day. We were informed it was supposed to be lunch, separate optional wine tasting and then separate dinner. If you're not big into wine, don't trust the reception to arrange meals as it appears this is something that happens quite often. Staff at the vineyard informed us they have a separate restaurant in town as well which probably would have been a better fit for our needs.
