The Seyyida Hotel and Spa

On the positive side, the room and the bathroom were both very spacious and comfortable. The pool area is really cozy and a great place to relax. Additionally, the staff members were exceptionally friendly, polite, and always welcoming throughout my stay. Thr location of the hotel is very good.

Unfortunately, there were several negative aspects that impacted my experience, especially since cleanliness was much better during my last visit two years ago. In the room, a proper mirror was missing. The thick blanket on the bed had hairs on it, which made me wonder if it gets cleaned for every new guest; it might be better to omit it entirely. In the bathroom, the shower floor moves when you step on it, the water does not drain properly, and there is no soap dish. The breakfast was also a letdown, as it lacked local specialties like chapati or local pastries, and modern options like granola or avocado toast were also missing. Finally, there were far too many mosquitoes everywhere, and the hotel should definitely take measures to control them.

Condition of the room and hospitality of the hotel not adequate to the price. Dirty windows, clocked up shower drain etc… Overall impression is that the hotel has seen better days and staff not very motivated.
