Comfortable room and facilities
While the staircase to upstairs room is charming it was a bit of a challenge for elderly folk to get their bags from Carpark into hotel and up the stairs

For a pub hotel the rooms were really nice and the staff are beyond lovely
Checking out was confusing as the hotel is closed and we didn’t get instructions

The room was nice and big and staff were nice
There was no hot water for my shower in the morning which was very disappointing. The room was overpriced for a shared bathroom and toilet with cold water. It was too early in the morning for any staff to be there to fix the issue before I had to leave
