Lovely gym, large cinema, piano and other amazing things, modern facilities and very central location!

Kitchen hob keeps going off automatically if you’re not next to it

Great central location, very secure, friendly staff, great gym

Rooms which don’t have a kitchenette are quite small and it’s hard to watch the TV at the angle that it’s mounted onto the wall

I loved the modern facilities, the gym, the comfortable bed, and how the windows are opaque from the outside but enable you to see out without being seen (unless you have the lights on) ! Also great how the building and corridors are quite secure.

It is a little inconvenient how the kitchen facilities shut off automatically after a few minutes, e.g. the cooking hob. Makes it a little tricky to cook.

- The reception staff were very welcoming. The gym and spa facilities were well maintained and clean, and the accommodation itself was also clean and well presented.

- The property is conveniently located near the city centre however the area was excessively noisy. The road is consistently busy, resulting in continuous traffic noise. - Additionally, there is a nightclub nearby, and frequent shouting and disturbances could be heard, particularly during the early hours of the morning resulting in sleepless nights, even witnesses/heard car accidents right outside of window. - The waste bins emitted a strong and very unpleasant odour, which at times was noticeable even while I was in the gym and in the communal corridors. - The vending machine was faulty. I paid for items that were not dispensed and, despite repeated contact with the supplier, I was not refunded. - I was disappointed that my room was serviced only once during my three-week stay.
