Perfect location across the road from the beach and just a short walk into the centre of Southwold. Spotless clean property, light and airy. Well equipped with u/floor heating and usable patio.
Very narrow drive, that needs to be navigated with care. We have a Qashqui, and it just fit with careful reversing.

Lovely light and airy well-equipped house in great location. Good under floor heating downstairs. Large showers.
Upstairs radiators did not warm the bedrooms up much. I was there at the end of October though! The security light of a holiday let opposite kept going on and off every 20 seconds overnight, so hard to sleep as thin curtains. Popped a note through their door and it was turned off. Nice to have parking, but a bit tricky to get into.
