Centrally located, well lit, not necessarily a desirable area, very clean and comfortable.
Many unhoused/homeless people approaching you day or night

I liked the comfortable beds, the simple decor, available streaming , cleanliness, location, quiet room
Parking was not clear and we were unable to reach hosts by phone. Emails were responded to promptly however, but did not clarify our parking questions.

Room was chilly couldn’t adjust the heat

Close to the Waterfront and the Bus Terminal. Quiet room with TV and amenities. Much better than nearby hostels.
The bed was not comfortable due to unstable bottom support.

It was in the heart of the downtown area but not loud.
Street parking at night wasn’t ideal but it worked.

Very clean and a great location
A little noisy outside late at night-when people were talking outside the casino as I had opened window. Also no hair dryer….

Location to restaurants, the lake and nightlife was excellent. The place was clean, safe and very affordable.
The shower had low water pressure. the building's heating was centrally controlled and we found it cool to hang out in but good for sleeping. (We couldn't control changing it so even though the owner offered to turn up the heat we didn't ask him because it would be too warm for sleeping. )
