This was an interesting hotel. You could feel the history of the place, and I liked the bells (sound at 5am). There was no toilet paper in our room, but this was remedied quickly. The bed was very comfortable and the shower unexpectedly powerful. I didn’t love the lighting but found a work around. Views from the room are pretty special. And do spend some time in the beautiful gardens. One night we spent some time just sitting on the bench -highly recommended (as is going for a walk up the road /path, past the tennis courts to the viewing tour. I really liked the space on the first floor; you get free fruit, tea and coffees. Its also just a nice place to sit and relax. (I also loved the vending machine; for a Brit it was a novelty to see decent products available). I left my wallet in the room and the staff have been great and helpful. Overall, a great stay. Would return.

Views and facilities were great. Easy check in and responsive to answer to questions before our arrival regarding storage of our bikes. Would be good to add to your website that you have a communal tea and coffee making facilities, a microwave and a vending machine - which also vends wine and beer- was really appreciated!

The room was cozy and very clean, and the location was pleasantly quiet. It’s a bit set back from the center of Schaan, but still easily reachable on foot. In the morning they offer croissants, and there’s a small corner with coffee, cappuccino, tea and water from a machine, all complimentary from the hotel. There’s also a proper vending machine with various products at fair prices.

The only caveat is that all instructions are provided in the local language, which makes it a bit challenging to follow—especially during check‑in. Other than that, everything was great.

The hotel is in a picturesque setting in a quiet neighbourhood. The local bus (no. 48) stops just along the road every half an hour. The centre of Schaan is 15 minutes walk from the hotel.

The hotel is unmanned. Aside from a cleaner, we did not see any hotel staff and therefore, asking questions / ordering taxi's etc was difficult. Local knowledge is always something your hotel should provide. Self check in was easy but, it would have been nice to be welcomed by a member of staff. The room was basic and dated. It was clean. The restaurant was closed for refurbishment which was very disappointing and something that we felt should have been explained before we booked. There were snacks available to purchase but, the choice was limited. There was a free coffee machine but, no english breakfast tea.
