The location this is why we booked it had a washing machine and ironing facilities as we had been travelling for 2 months

Had a minor problem as there was no iron there when we arrived. It took the staff two days to supply one, otherwise it was ok. Just a note it is not practical for old people as the stairs are very steep and narrow

The property was clean and as described. It had everything we needed and was very well equipped. It was well located and only a few minutes walk to the Bryggen. The owner was very helpful.

Nothing. Just need to be careful going up and down the stairs as they appear to be original and are narrow and steep.

Great location, lovely old building, very modern facilities

Very steep stairs!

Brilliant location and nicely decorated.

The staircase is an absolute death trap, vertical, wooden and you can’t even hold onto the bannister as it is loose, I can see other reviews have been mentioning the bannister issue for years and it’s clearly never been sorted, so yeah massive health and safety issue. There is only one actual bed, the others are just mattresses on the floor, not really good enough. The whole place is very dark, the lighting is so poor we struggled to see properly in the evenings. There is a few spots of clearly abandoned construction work, random holes in the wall etc There is only one spot where you can feel heat from the heating unit, so the rest of the house is not heated at all.
