The Location was excellent. We visited Cadwell Park, Louth and it was only a few miles from the East Coast. Perfect for us. The self serve continental breakfast was just right and a lovely surprise as we didn't expect it. The wifi was also included for free. Billy Jean is a lovely lady and made us very welcome and comfortable. We would certainly stay there again. Thanks Billy Jean.
There was nothing we didn't like, but maybe the addition of a suitcase stand in the room would help some people.

We stayed at Church Farm to attend an event at Cadwell Park which was a 15 minute drive away. Our host was very attentive and keen to make sure we enjoyed our stay at her home. We had exclusive use of a large part of a very well equipped house. There was the added bonus of a very good pub serving excellent food a 5 minute walk away
