The location is excellent, the apartment well-decorated, comfortable bed. Crisp, dazzling-white bed linen. Beautiful soft towels.
*Upon arrival, we were not able to open the apartment door. After some time we contacted the caretaker, she only said that the lock problem was known. “You simply have to find the right notch in the lock”. This was a pain each time when entering the apartment and it is not professional.
*The oven was not cleaned. (We did not use the kitchen at all, although it was lovely) These things happen and it was no problem. The rest was fine.
*We never found a hairdryer.
*The conciergerie was not very reactive except on the evening of our arrival - I have the feeling they expected an issue with the key/lock.
