Location in the city centre
Is a 4 floor and no lifts

The location is the best feature of this hotel. Right outside is the lively and beautiful park with the Opera House at one end and churches with spectacular architecture at the other end. In between are cobblestone streets leading to other squares and parks.
The room is spacious and breakfast is plentiful with international plus local dishes.
The hotel and room require watching your steps through a few turns due to the older architecture of the building. For people with heavy suitcases or bad back, this may be difficult.

all good - thank you

A quiet, calm room under the sky.
There's no elevator to the 5th floor. It's impossible to get up there with a large suitcase. I also developed an allergy to something in the room. Most likely some chemicals.
