It was very warm so it was difficult for the one and only airco in the living room to chill all rooms.

We loved the space for 5 of us. Plenty of bedding and appreciated the extra pillows and the air conditioning in the main room. It was comfortable and clean and the owners were very kind. The terrace and jacuzzi were a real treat! About a 10 minute walk to the Riva /old town. Easy bus stops near by.

The bedrooms were hot and we were glad we traveled with our own fans. Bigger ones would have been very helpful! We wished for extra towels.

perfect place near to everything (beach, restaurants, city center, supermarket)

Good location just 10 minutes walk from Bacvice beach, or the old town. Great little bakery, butchers, shop and fruit stall behind the property. A small takeaway food stall with great value grilled meats and simple tasty low cost dishes. Property generally clean and nicely decorated. Hosts were very helpful when we needed them and met us on arrival, having also left us some snacks and drinks, which was very kind.

Overall I thought it was not good value for money. The apartment was nice but small. It really only comfortably sleeps 4 people as 2 have to sleep on a hard sofa style bed in the lounge, which means this is always up in the middle of the small living space, which also includes the small kitchen and table. The outside space was good but overlooked by all the other apartments, so not private. My biggest disappointment was the advertised hot tub which was not maintained to a safe standard and our children all developed a skin infection. The water needs to be checked every day which it wasn't (just once a week as standard). This is not safe enough and the hot tub got an E90 error so it wasn't filtering properly. The hosts were attentive in responding to messages but we had to try and sort it ourselves initially and abandoned use after 3 days as we were worried about the hygiene. I don't normally complain about anything but this is an important message and aspect to improve on, as our children were in a lot of discomfort and it took about 7 days for the issue to clear, during which time it also caused ear and eye infections. Overall we felt it was very expensive for such a small space which didn't maintain a key selling point advertised to a safe standard.
