Excellent location of m6,excellent host joey who helped my elderly mum who arrived a day before ourselves put shopping in away , met her at door and showed her around and made very comfortable .
We liked everything very clean comfortable, not a complaint but kitchen table very small for five people and only a small under counter fridge freezer although joey did offer to store frozen goods.

Good location for two of us while we were working at the University for the week. There is everything you need in the kitchen, a great TV system, a garden to relax in and plenty of parking. It's a quiet neighbourhood, no intrusive noise at all.
Could be a bit small for more than 3 people as the front room is out of bounds (used by the owner) and you can only get 3 people round the only dining area.

Could do with a bit more empty space in kitchen cupboard for guests to store their food.

The location and facilities were incredible, felt very safe and secure as we were a group of 4 females. Parking was easy in the street, Tesco a 5 min drive away. 10/10.
