Lovely location for visiting and walking in the Rila Mountains. The mountain view from the room and balcony was very beautiful.
Rooms were cosy and warm (it was cold outside when we visited).
We enjoyed the restaurant and breakfast.
The spa is just perfect for recouping after a day in the mountains, with sauna, steam room and indoor pool.
The staff were very helpful.
We definitely recommend this hotel and spa to anyone coming to Rila area.
It wasn't a problem for us, but there are 3 floors and there is no elevator. Good to know in advance in case that is an issue for some.

Great service, the staff was very kind and attentive. The food was super delicious. The room was tidy and comfortable.
Perhaps it would be better to have something to separate the shower and the rest of the bathroom.

The food in the restaurant and the price per night-too expensive for the facilities provided.

Great views, nice design, 2 pools and spa
The staff, specifically the breakfast lady which was very unwelcoming, always grumpy face and does not give you the feeling you are welcomed, but just wants you out of there as soon as possible.
