According to local legislation, from January 2025 for stays up to 3 nights it is necessary to pay the tourist tax of €3 per person per night, beyond the 3 unpaid nights.
Luxury Hiking Lodge is located in the highest and amazing spot of Cinque Terre National Park, right on the Sentiero Azzurro, at 200 meter above sea level 2 km between Corniglia and Vernazza, in a restful village named 'Prevo' with a nonpareil panorama, away from the bustle of the villages.
Luxury Hiking Lodge was built 400 years ago by some shepherds who came from the mountains to the sea to spend the winter.
It is situated on a cliff that plunges into the sea, south-facing between Corniglia and Vernazza, right on the famous Guvano Beach.
All around there are olive and fruits trees, vineyards and mediterranean plants.
The house have been renovated with taste and simplicity, trying to preserve as much as possible them historical roots.

Host was responsive. View was incredible. I am giving a lower review due to the location. If you come with a car this should work well for you, but you must drive for all meals. If you come by train you can't get around. Especially after October when it is dark early and the paths are closed you can't walk to town and the walk back. The walk back is steep and about 30 minutes which is tough to do if you walked in the towns and the other open paths throughout the day. If you come by train plan to make meals or take the taxi, if it's running quick is $25 one way to Cornigalia the closest town of 2km away. If you come by car enjoy and the view is amazing, but there are other ways to get a similar view all throughout Cinque Terre.
