Clean and calm apartment. The balcony was lovely for a morning coffee. AC is the best treat after a day of exploration during a heatwave. Clear communication. I would definitely stay there again if I'm back in Nice.

The owner is so friendly, kind and helpful with information. Nothing was too troublesome for her 🌷🌷🌷.
Excellent location, close to city centre, restaurants and nearby supermarket.
There could be some improvement of the bed, pillows, which would make the accommodation perfect…

Beautiful quiet location in the centre of Nice.
