We stayed here for a weekend with our family - 2 adults and 3 children. The home is lovely. Well decorated and updated. We really liked the setup. My wife is from Buffalo so we know the area well and it’s in a great Elmwood Village location. Close to shops and restaurants. It’s also a huge plus to have a parking spot for the house as street parking fills up. The owner reached out to check in on us and make sure all was ok. Overall, great place in a great location. Would stay here again!

Nicole’s place was the perfect home base for our weekend getaway in Buffalo. Great restaurants and shops nearby and a short walk to the AKG. The apartment was bright, airy and super clean. We had a great time and all agreed — we’d stay again in the future!

The pictures of this apartment don't lie: it really is as lovely as it looks. The host, Nicole, has decorated beautifully, and I only regret we didn't have longer to enjoy the property. Like all the houses in this area, the home is older and has the squeaky floorboards and occasional sticky door that come with age. The three bedrooms are decent sized for this type of home, with exceptionally comfortable queen beds in each. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance of Elmwood Avenue shops, restaurants, and bars, as well as Delaware Park and the AKG. Be aware that the street is one-way so use your GPS to find the house; otherwise, you'll be driving around the block to return! And the apartment is on the second floor and the staircase leading to them is very steep, so if you have any issues with mobility (or vertigo) -- be aware! There is an off-street parking space available, which is great because on-street parking filled up very quickly in the evenings after neighbors returned from work. With family in the Buffalo/Rochester area, we will absolutely be returning and wouldn't hesitate to rent this property again.

Very professional, clean, comfortable (beds were amazing) - well supplied with all modern appliances in good working order. Loved the decor. A real treat to stay in this beautifully kept space and very appreciative for the hospitality of the host. Highly recommend

Stayed with my family for the weekend and it was the perfect size and location. Easy walk to restaurants and coffee shops which was great to leave the car and experience life on foot. Nicole was great to work with!

This is a beautiful apartment that is clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The upstairs balcony is great. The amentities are excellent, the only thing we couldnt find was a kettle. There isnt laundry facilities in the unit itself, but other that it was perfect. The location is great!
