A very old hotel that is in the family for 4 generations now. Location is perfect if you visit the Black Forest. Owner is very friendly.
Taking the stairs to your room with heavy luggage is a bit difficult. Afterhours service is not communicated properly...we did not have enough toilet paper but did not know where to ask. There is only wifi for smart phones. We had to Blue Tooth to our phones to work on our computers, which was very expensive. The restaurant only service guests if you booked for breakfast. We could only order coffee and sit in the entrance. We were not able to enjoy the restaurant as the hours, and availability is not communicated properly.

Hotel nicely situated and room was very clean.
Reception staff not very friendly upon arrival. Language maybe was a barrier, perhaps, but I didnt feel very welcome at all and the lady was very abrupt.
