Everything, location, what was offered, parking, value for money and communication with the service team.
Nothing. Just a note, could benefit from a mirror somewhere when using the hair drier.

Perfect place to stay as we did the sunrise soaking session at He Puna Taimoana!

The location was ideal. Unit was clean. The one full-size bed was comfortable. The managers provided great information on both the property and area--and were very responsive to concerns raised.
Sofabed. Was traveling with a friend and not intending to share a bed. Made mistake of presuming the sofabed described in the listing would actually be useable. Not at all. Sofa itself was uncomfortable, Sofabed was unworkable. Ended up hiking upstairs and sharing the one full-size bed our first night after which the kind managers surprised us by delivering a mattress.

Austauschen?
